Old Louisville Whiskey Co. Brandy Cask Finish

Indulge your senses with our small batch 8-year-old brandy cask finished whiskey.  Originally distilled as bourbon in 2015, it was than aged in used barrels for 8 years.  Lastly it was finished in brandy cask for 8 months.  

The result led to an aroma of sweet cinnamon, nutella, wood tannins, nutmeg, and orange liqueur, followed by the taste of fruit leather, black pepper, cigar box, cherry syrup, and subtle, elegant sweetness.  The finish ends with chocolate devil's food cake, prune, wood shaving, and sweet citrus fruits.
