Buzzard’s Roost is proud to unveil its very first bourbon expression: Barrel Strength Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This bold debut is distilled in Indiana and aged for 4 to 6 years, crafted from a blend of two distinct rye-based mash bills. The result is a robust, full-bodied whiskey that stands tall in complex cocktails yet remains refined enough to enjoy neat as an elegant sipping experience.

In the glass, it reveals a deep amber hue that hints at the richness within. The nose is big, bold, and layered—offering classic aromas of caramel, dark chocolate, and baking spices, all balanced by a touch of seasoned oak. Underneath, a complex medley of orange peel, dark fruit, and aging tobacco adds depth and intrigue well beyond its age statement.
