Barrel strength

Bottled at the strength it came out of the barrel, without water to soften it: barrel-strength bourbon and rye from Buzzard’s Roost, a barrel-proof brandy cask finish from Old Louisville and a cask-strength Tepeztate mezcal from Los Perdidos, all over 100 proof. Add a few drops of water in the glass if you like.
