About this bottle

Old Louisville Whiskey Co. 7 Year Wheated Bourbon is a whiskey from Old Louisville Whiskey Co. Aged 7 years. Bottled at 117 proof (58.5% ABV).

From the producer

A rare and refined pour, this Wheated Bourbon from Old Louisville Whiskey Co. delivers a smooth, mellow finish with exceptional depth and character.

Crafted from a mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley, this bourbon was distilled in April 2017 and carefully bottled in June 2024, making it a beautifully aged expression of over 7 years. The high wheat content softens the profile, offering a rich, velvety texture with subtle notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak.

Perfect for sipping neat or elevating your favorite bourbon cocktail, this bottle is a must-have for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
