At PourPath, we strive to ensure that your premium spirits reach you promptly and in perfect condition. We currently ship to most states within the continental United States, subject to state-specific alcohol shipping regulations.

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free standard shipping is available for orders over $200 to eligible locations.
As per legal requirements, all deliveries containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. Please ensure that someone of legal age is available to receive and sign for the package.
The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 years of age or older. Shipments cannot be left without an adult signature.
At this time, PourPath does not offer international shipping. We are continuously working to expand our shipping capabilities and will update our policy accordingly.
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at support@pourpath.com or call us at (555) 123-4567. We recommend taking photos of any damaged packaging or products to help expedite the resolution process.
